Reed Grip

Reed Grip successfully meets R10, DIN 51130 Slip Resistance rating.

But what does that mean?

It is all based on the results of what is called a ramp test.....

Imagine a person walking along a seesaw, at some point the angle will be such that the person will slip.

R10 refers to the angle of the ramp when the slip occurs. The steeper the angle, the higher the R number, the lower the potential for slip.

The R value scale runs from R9 to R13. Most residential floors attain R9 but Reed Grip from Reeds attains R10 which means lower potential for slip.
